• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the deposit for that bet will be refunded.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information is strictly prohibited.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain a fair environment on acy365. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Operating multiple accounts under a single identity.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Using a credit card or stolen payment method.

• Colluding with other users to exploit bonus benefits.
